Returns and Exchanges
I take pride in the quality of my handmade products, so please contact us if you have any issues with the final product. As a matter of policy, I do not accept returns but will gladly help with any issue regarding your purchase to ensure you are fully satisfied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer satisfaction is our priority, we will work with you to find a satisfactory and reasonable solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalized items. However, we will aim to rectify the situation if you are not fully satisfied. Please send us an email and we will contact you to resolve at the best of our ability so you are satisfied. Please email us within 5 business days with any questions or concerns about your specific item you may have.
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be allowed for reasons stated under Damages and Other Issues section. No exchanges will be allowed if you change your mind.
Upon receipt of the item, please inspect the item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact me immediately within 5 business days so I can assess the reasons why do not want the product. Where appropriate we will provide you with a replacement item rather than provide you with a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve assessed the reasons for the refund, and let you know via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too and this is beyond our control.
